At Creme of Nature, we want you to love your hair journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
